refund policy
Upon receiving an acceptance email, the applicant can pay in full or will be expected to pay a deposit of USD 500 to
reserve their spot. Such deposit can be paid via credit card or bank/wire transfer, it’s non-refundable and does not
apply for Sale Prices or Early Bird Prices. Sale Price or Early Bird Price shall be paid in full. Final invoices will be
emailed 2 weeks before the start date of training. The deadline to pay in full is 3 weeks prior to the start date of
training.

If applicant withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before the program starts, 100% of applicant’s deposit
amount will be retained by the program and any additional payments will be refunded. However, the retained deposit
amount can be applied towards a future training program. If applicant paid the Sale Price or Early Bird Price and
withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before the program starts, they will be refunded the amount paid
minus the standard deposit fee of USD 500. The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts.

The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have
made will be refunded in full.
special cases
In case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other
circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the student can reschedule their
training for any of our Yoga Teacher Trainings within the calendar year.
bad conduct
No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation
of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare
of the program or to fellow students.
